    Condition as seen.  1907 4 page letter to Althee Modesti an owner of at least 5 land Patents in Arizona Territory around Yuma for Mining.  Letter is in French and comes from the town of Bastia on Corsica.  Interesting cancels  and possibly of some interest for History of Mining in early Arizona.  I assume this is for Gold or Silver Mining in the territory.
